3. Embedded YouTube Videos
ReviewF5 includes videos embedded from YouTube, a service provided by Google.

Our content may contain links to external websites. Following a link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices.
We do not control how external websites collect or use information. Review their privacy policies before providing personal information or completing a purchase.
9. Data Retention
We retain ordinary inquiry and support emails for no longer than 12 months after the matter is resolved.
We may retain relevant correspondence for longer where necessary to address an ongoing dispute, establish or defend legal claims, or meet applicable legal requirements.
This period applies to correspondence under our control. Deleted information may remain temporarily in provider backups until those backups are overwritten or removed under the provider’s retention processes.
Hosting logs and other provider-managed technical records are subject to the relevant service configuration and provider retention practices. We have not established a separate fixed retention period for those records.
